Kuwait Delivery

- We deliver across Kuwait via UPS.

- Standard Delivery: KWD 1.750

- Express Delivery: KWD 2.500 (available for eligible orders placed before 2:00 PM). This option will be available at checkout.

- Payment can be made using credit/debit cards.

- is available with an additional fee of KWD 1.500.

International Delivery

- We ship to GCC countries through Aramex, UPS, SMSA.

-We ship to most countries worldwide through DHL Express

- Shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight of your order and will be displayed at checkout before payment.

- Cash on Delivery (COD) is available in some GCC countries with an additional fee.

Syria Shipping

- We deliver across Syria via Q-Express.

- Standard Delivery: USD 2

- Payment can be made using credit/debit cards.

- Cash on Delivery (COD) is available with an additional fee of USD 2.

Important Information

- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance or other unforeseen delays.

- Orders containing products made from exotic skins require a CITES Certificate, which may take up to 10 business days to obtain. This will extend the delivery timeframe.

- All orders require a signature upon delivery. Delays may occur if no one is available to receive the shipment.

- Once an order has been dispatched, the shipping address cannot be changed or redirected.

- All shipments are fully insured until they are delivered and signed for by you or your authorized representative.

- Orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) basis, meaning shipping charges are included in your final order total. Any destination-country customs or import charges, where applicable, remain the customer's responsibility.
