Return is totally free for orders inside GCC countries, and costs 10$ for international orders.
How will I be refunded?
"1. If the order was paid online, users have the choice to request refunding the amount to the same account used to pay the order or to Riva wallet. 2. If the order was paid by using a gift voucher, the amount will be returned as a balance in your Riva wallet and can be used for your next purchase through our website or app. 3. If the order was paid by cash on delivery, the customer from inside Kuwait have the choice to request cash refunding or to Riva wallet, but for other countries the customer have the choice to request bank account refunding or to Riva wallet."
Within how many days can I request a refund?
After receiving the order and within 14 days only, you can submit a return request online. Please note that in order to complete the return request, you must have the items in their original condition with their tags available. This applies only to apparel and clothing since perfumes and cosmetics cannot be returned under any circumstance for hygiene reasons.
How long does it take to get my refund?
The refund process may take 15 to 30 business days, but if the refund is to your Riva wallet, the amount will be credited to your wallet once we receive the returned products.
Can I exchange or return an item in your store if I’ve purchased it online?
Unfortunately we do not have this option at the moment, but you may exchange the size or the color of the item you’ve purchased online from the nearest Riva store to you within 14 days of receiving the item just by presenting the invoice that was sent to you initially once the order was placed.
Does the shipping fees gets refunded ?
Once the items are returned we will refund the amount of the items only without adding the shipping cost. The shipping cost will not be refunded
