Something is missing from my order, what do I do?

This is a very rare occurrence but sadly not impossible. We have been working hard on our quality control to ensure that everything that leaves our warehouse is fully what the customer has ordered and with no damages at all. But if in case you’re faced with this incident please do contact us by any form (email, call, chat or WhatsApp) and we’ll directly take care of it.

What if I receive a different item than the one I ordered?

Mistakes happen, and that’s an unfortunate thing for any customer to face. But we take such incidents seriously and we will be collecting the wrong item back and shipping the replacement without any extra shipping fees.

The item I want is out of stock. What do I do?

We always try our best to have more stock than needed but it all depends on the market’s needs. If by any chance you’re trying to order an item that’s out of stock, you can mention your email in our notification panel and we’ll do our best to get the item especially for you whether it’s from our stores or our main warehouse.
