How to use:
1. Cleanse skin
2. Remove mask from packaging. There are two sections of the mask.
3. remove thin tissue backing from mask and discard.
4. Place hydrogel mask on face with firm backing paper still in place.
5. Position correctly and carefully remove firm backing paper.
6. Wear for 30-40 minutes.
7. Remove mask. do not rinse.
8. Excess serum can be applied to neck, décolletage and hands.
9. As the skin has a 4-week regeneration period it is most effective when used twice a week for the first month and then as required.
10. To ensure skin compatibility, it is advisable to test a small area of the skin before use.
Use the mask immediately after opening to prevent essence from drying out.

The order gets delivered within 3 to 5 working days. We ship through DHL, UPS and Aramex.
RETURN
If the order is paid by Credit Card or MADA. The amount will be returned to the same account within 7 working days. However, if the order was paid in cash on delivery, the amount will be returned as a Riva balance in your account in the application within 24 hours or via the bank account. For the bank account, we will require bank details in order for the amount to be returned and the bank transfer done within 14 working days according to Choose the method of refunding the amount in the return request for exchange. You can settle a return request from the application and settle a new request for the size you want.
