RETURN

If the order is paid by Credit Card or MADA. The amount will be returned to the same account within 7 working days. However, if the order was paid in cash on delivery, the amount will be returned as a Riva balance in your account in the application within 24 hours or via the bank account. For the bank account, we will require bank details in order for the amount to be returned and the bank transfer done within 14 working days according to Choose the method of refunding the amount in the return request for exchange. You can settle a return request from the application and settle a new request for the size you want. Please note: Accessories cannot be returned or exchanged.
