How do I make a purchase at the Riva Fashion online store?

To make a purchase at the Riva Fashion online store, follow these steps:
  1. Go to the product page by clicking on the product image.
  2. On the right side bar, select the desired color and size of the product.
  3. Add the product to your cart.
  4. Go to your cart page by hovering over the cart symbol on the top right corner of the page, then clicking "View Cart."
  5. Review the product price and quantity, then click "Proceed to checkout page."
  6. On the checkout page, enter your shipping address and payment details.
  7. Finally, click "Place order" to be redirected to the payment gateway page.

How do I find my size using the different size standards?

In which currencies can I pay?

The currency that you can pay in depends on the country store you choose. You can choose from 5 Gulf countries and pay in the corresponding currency. You can also choose the international Riva store, where payment is in U.S. dollars.

Can I change the currency that I pay in?

Yes, you can change the currency that you pay in by changing your country store from the list at the right side of the website footer. The available currencies are: U.S. Dollar, Bahraini Dinar, Kuwaiti Dinar, Qatari Riyal, Saudi Riyal, and U.A.E. Dirham.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, and KNET. Other payment methods may be introduced in the future.

What is the refund process?

The refund process typically takes 15 to 30 days. Please contact us if you have any questions about the status of your refund.

Where do you ship to?

We offer shipping to a wide range of countries around the world.

Which courier service do you use for shipping?

We currently use FedEx Express for international shipments and PostaPlus for local delivery in Kuwait. We may use other service providers in the future.

How long does it take to receive my package?

Package delivery may take up to 9 business days for international shipments and up to 7 days for local shipments.

How can I track my order?

You can track the status of your order by clicking "My Orders" on the sidebar in your account page. If you did not register before placing your order, you can go to the "Track Your Order" page and enter your order number and email address. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with the tracking number generated by the courier for your package.

Can I change the delivery address for my package?

You can change your delivery address as long as your package has not been dispatched. Once it leaves our warehouse, we cannot control its course.

Will I have to pay customs charges?

Customs policies vary from country to country, so it is not possible for us to determine the customs policies for every country. We recommend inquiring with your customs authority about any taxes that may be charged for the item you wish to buy.

How can I exchange an item?

If you need a different size after trying the one you ordered, you can return the original item and place a new order for the size you need. Both the return and the new order can be processed at the same time. For more information on returns, please see our Return Policy page.

How can I return an item?

You can return an item by filling out the Return Form on our Return Policy page. Once we receive your form, we will initiate a pick-up request from the courier and provide you with the necessary documents required by the courier upon pick-up.

How will I be refunded?

If the order was paid online, we can easily return the amount to the same account used to pay the order. If the order was paid for using a gift voucher, the amount will be returned as a balance in your Riva wallet and can be used for your next purchase through our website or app.

How long does the refund process take?

The refund process may take 15 to 30 business days, but if the refund is to your Riva wallet, the amount will be credited to your wallet once we receive the returned products.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Unless the item you received contains manufacturing defects or does not match the item you ordered, Riva Fashion does not cover the fees for return shipping.

Can I return an item I bought online to a Riva store?

Since our online store is independent from our physical stores, it is not possible to return an item purchased online to a physical store.

Do I have to register at rivafashion.com to place an order?

You do not have to register to place an order. However, we recommend registering so you can enjoy the following benefits:
  1. You will not have to enter all of your information every time you place an order.
  2. You can save multiple billing addresses from which you can choose to receive your order.
  3. You can receive the Riva Fashion newsletter to stay updated on new seasons, collections, offers, and discounts.
