Returns

Do I have to pay return fees?

No, there will be no return charges on any of your returns.

How will I be refunded?

If the order is paid online, we can easily return the amount to the same account used to pay the order. But if the order was paid using the cash on delivery service, the amount will be returned as a balance in your Riva wallet and can be used in the next purchase.

Within how many days can I request a refund?

After receiving the order and within 14 days only, you can submit a return request online. Please note that in order to complete the return request, you must have the items in their original condition with their tags available. This applies only to apparel and clothing since perfumes and cosmetics cannot be returned under any circumstance for hygiene reasons.

How long does it take to get my refund?

Given the fact that financial transactions take time, a refund process may take 15 to 30 business day, but in case of riva wallet refund the amount will be reflecting in your wallet once we receive the returned products.
