Training

RIVA have developed a series of staff training programs that have proven successful with our employees.

Our costumer is our business and we recognize how important it is to retain the loyalty of our customer base. For this season we are delivering our training programs by offering 'real life' situations to the candidates at our training centre.

Our Sales staff is encouraged to take on a helpful and proactive role with the customer and is trained to advise them on mix and match and coordinating different creative looks.

This approach forms a bond between customer and staff, ensuring that sales are maximized and the customer leaves the store feeling satisfied and likely to return to buy again in the future.




Merchandising

Each Riva store designed and merchandised to give the customer a unique shopping experience. Collections are displayed as co ordinates, which can be worn as individual pieces or as complete outfits.

A full range of basics, individually available throughout in our seasonal color palette, complement the range and add to form a complete harmonized look.

We provide our store managers with a merchandise layout plan which is tested in our showroom and scrutinized by our buyers. We also supply our franchisees with all consumables, such as hangers, POS and bags. London based interior design agency works with us to develop new concepts for store interiors.

They also create elements that are versatile to help in floor space optimization.
Store windows are changed on a regular basis. We provide a complete design service and offer detailed specification sheets on bespoke furnishings and also advise on all specialist materials which can be supplied at cost.
